We specialize in online purchases of pre-owned and new Japanese goods. In-store buying is optional and quoted in advance.
Online buying service
5% of item price · minimum ¥1,000The quote separates the item price, domestic shipping, our service fee, international shipping and estimated import duties/taxes. We confirm the final amount and stock before buying, and proceed only after approval and payment.
In-store purchase (separate quote)

If a visit is separately quoted, approved and actually carried out, the agreed initiation fee and approved expenses may still apply if the item is unavailable or a lottery fails. No automatic charges for an unperformed visit or unapproved costs.
Payment is currently by bank transfer after you approve the quote. KakaoPay and Naver Pay website checkout are not enabled.

Sold out, unsuccessful draw or unsuccessful purchase
An in-store purchase cannot be guaranteed. If you approve the visit quote and a visit is carried out, the agreed visit fee and actual agreed expenses may still be payable even if no item is purchased. We do not charge unapproved fees or a visit that did not occur.
If the purchase succeeds
We include the item price, standard buying service fee (5%, minimum ¥1,000), approved store visit fee and shipping in the final quote. Successful and unsuccessful outcomes are explained before the visit.
Scope and checks
Online listings are our standard service. Limited releases, queueing, lotteries and store-exclusive items are considered individually. Seller rules, purchase limits, condition, authenticity, shipping and customs restrictions require confirmation.
Combined shipping and repacking
We can discuss combining purchases from multiple Japanese stores into one international parcel. There is no fixed number limit, but parcel dimensions, weight, import rules, restricted items, and storage conditions may require split shipments. Domestic delivery may apply per seller. Any packing fee is agreed in advance, and international postage is confirmed after weighing the packed parcel.

Package illustrations show relative sizes only. Japan Post EMS charges depend on the parcel’s packed weight—not the box size alone.
Japan Post EMS to South Korea · Multiple orders can be consolidated into one parcel when permitted. Shipping is not simply multiplied by item count. We confirm final packed weight, dimensions, restrictions and cost before quoting. Japanese domestic shipping and import duties are separate.
